This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3-5 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Jaipur JobType: full-time We are seeking a technically proficient HVAC Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in heat load calculations, AutoCAD drafting, and BOQ-based costing and quotation preparation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of tonnage calculations, airflow design, and HVAC system components, particularly Air Washers, AHUs, Ductable Air Coolers, and Two-Stage Cooling Systems. Key Responsibilities HVAC System Design & Engineering Perform detailed heat load calculations for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. Calculate tonnage requirements, CFM, airflow distribution, and duct sizing as per project specifications. Utilize psychrometric charts to evaluate system performance and support appropriate equipment selection. Prepare HVAC layouts, duct routing drawings, and equipment placement plans using AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. BOQ, Costing & Quotation Preparation Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project designs and client requirements. Develop cost estimates and technical quotations aligned with BOQ and project specifications. Support preparation of technical submittals and respond to design-related clarifications. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with project and sales teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand technical requirements and address design queries. Provide technical inputs during project discussions and review meetings. Required Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
