Teamified is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and possess excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation Prepare and process payments to suppliers and vendors Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries Support ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency within the accounts payable function Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable or related field Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred If you are ready to take the next step in your career and join our finance team, we encourage you to apply for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Teamified!
