This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3-5 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Jaipur JobType: full-time We are looking for a technically skilled Design Engineer – HVAC with hands-on expertise in heat load analysis, AutoCAD-based drafting, and BOQ-driven costing and quotation preparation. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of tonnage calculations, airflow planning, and HVAC system components, including Air Washers, AHUs, Ductable Air Coolers, and Two-Stage Cooling Systems. Key Responsibilities HVAC Design & Engineering Conduct comprehensive heat load calculations for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. Determine tonnage, CFM, airflow distribution, and duct sizing in line with project specifications. Apply psychrometric principles to evaluate system performance and assist in selecting suitable equipment. Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, duct routing drawings, and equipment placement plans using AutoCAD. Ensure all designs comply with applicable industry standards and technical guidelines. BOQ, Costing & Technical Documentation Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on finalized designs and client requirements. Develop accurate cost estimates and technical quotations aligned with project scope. Assist in preparing technical submittals and provide design clarifications when required. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with project and sales teams to ensure technical feasibility and design accuracy. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to gather requirements and resolve technical queries. Contribute technical insights during project meetings and review discussions. Required Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
