Alaro City is a joint venture between Rendeavour, the largest new city and industrial park builder in Africa, and the Lagos State Government. They possess a unique drive, underpinned by the desire to help improve Africa’s urban development RESPONSIBILITIES Landscape Drafting & Technical Drawings Prepare detailed landscape drawings including: Master plans and layout plans Planting plans and schedules Hardscape and softscape details Sections, elevations, and setting-out drawings Produce construction-ready drawings suitable for site execution. Update and revise drawings based on design development, site conditions, and management feedback. Prepare and maintain as-built drawings. Design Visualization & Illustration (Expectation) Support landscape concepts through 3D visualizations, renderings, and illustrated landscape plans. Prepare perspective views, mood visuals, and presentation drawings to communicate design intent. Assist in producing realistic and high-quality visuals for approvals, presentations, and stakeholder reviews. Enhance drawings and renderings using graphic tools for professional presentation. Design Coordination & Support Coordinate landscape drawings with irrigation, lighting, drainage, and infrastructure layouts. Assist in developing landscape concepts from sketches and design inputs. Review contractor shop drawings and assist in resolving technical queries. Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings reflect site conditions. Maintenance & Operations Support Prepare drawings for re-landscaping, upgrades, and seasonal planting works. Update records and visuals to reflect changes during maintenance and improvement projects. Education Diploma or Degree in: Landscape Drafting Architectural Drafting Landscape Design Architecture or a related field Experience Minimum 3–5 years experience in landscape drafting. Experience in both design-stage and construction-stage documentation. Experience in landscape visualization is a strong advantage. Technical & Software Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Working knowledge of visualization and graphic software such as: SketchUp Lumion / Twinmotion / D5 / Enscape Photoshop Illustrator Ability to produce clear technical drawings and presentation-quality visuals. Personal Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail. Creative sensibility with a technical mindset. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. Open to revisions based on feedback.
