The ideal candidate will have a background in counselling or psychology, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive student admissions through effective engagement and guidance. Experience & Qualification 1–2 years of experience in counselling or a related field. Diploma or Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline. Key Responsibilities Provide career counselling and guidance to students regarding cosmetology programs. Explain course details, career opportunities, and industry prospects to prospective students. Conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. Support and achieve student admission targets through proactive counselling and follow-ups. Offer personalized guidance based on individual interests and career goals. Requirements Female candidate preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong counselling and student engagement abilities. Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards admission targets.
