This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1600000 (ie INR 10 - 16 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Remote (India) JobType: full-time We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, reporting, and data conversion processes. This role requires a balanced blend of technical proficiency and functional understanding, particularly within Compensation and Equity modules. As part of a dynamic remote team, you will work on designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end HCM solutions that enhance HR system efficiency and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex HR technology challenges, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering high-quality, scalable Oracle HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, HCM APIs, and related tools Perform data migration, transformation, and loading using HDL/SDL processes Develop, customize, and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher Provide techno-functional support across Oracle HCM Cloud modules Support Compensation and Equity modules with configuration and troubleshooting (preferred) Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet business requirements Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) where applicable for integration workflows Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and proper testing of HCM processes Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues across environments Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements Prepare detailed documentation for integrations, configurations, and customizations What Makes You a Great Fit Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations Expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM APIs, and data conversion processes Advanced reporting experience with OTBI and BI Publisher Knowledge of Fast Formulas and HCM data structures Functional understanding of Compensation and Equity modules (added advantage) Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or MuleSoft (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation capabilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience supporting end-to-end HCM implementation and enhancement projects Work Environment & Opportunities Fully remote work opportunity Exposure to enterprise-level Oracle HCM Cloud implementations Opportunity to work on complex HR technology transformation projects Collaborative and growth-focused environment Key Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM APIs, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, Data Conversion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
