This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 240000 - Rs 360000 (ie INR 2.4 - 3.6 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth within assigned territories. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, conducting site inspections, and recommending tailored pest control solutions that meet customer needs. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by building strong client relationships, understanding industry requirements, and delivering value-driven proposals. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and confident in managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, and market research Identify potential clients and convert prospects into long-term customers Conduct site inspections to assess client requirements and recommend suitable pest control solutions Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service plans Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Manage assigned sales territory and ensure consistent business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles Strong ability to generate leads and close business independently Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to conduct client site assessments and recommend appropriate solutions Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills Good understanding of territory management and pipeline tracking Ability to maintain detailed sales reports and CRM records Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills Key Skills: Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, Territory Management, Negotiation, Site Inspection, Good Communication
