About the role At Dsquares, our People Partners are end-to-end talent owners and culture champions who bring Loyalty Inside Out to life. Each People Partner is embedded within a business cluster, owning the entire employee experience — from hiring and onboarding to growth, engagement, and offboarding. They partner closely with business leaders to build strong, empowered, and high-performing teams while ensuring that every people touchpoint reflects Dsquares’ values of Accountability, Passion, Openness, Agility, and Growth. Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers on all people matters. Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and initiatives. Partner with leaders on organization design, role scoping, and team development. 2. End-to-End Talent Ownership Hiring & Workforce Planning Partner with leaders to define workforce plans, headcount priorities, and hiring needs. Lead end-to-end hiring for your cluster — from job briefing and candidate assessment to offer management. Collaborate with the TM & EB Manager to ensure every hire reflects Dsquares’ culture and EVP. Monitor hiring quality, speed, and talent pipeline health. Onboarding & Integration Own and deliver an exceptional onboarding journey that embeds culture, clarity, and connection. Partner with L&D to design onboarding learning experiences and first-90-day success plans. Performance & Development Drive continuous performance enablement through coaching, check-ins, and calibration sessions. Support leaders in building growth plans and development pathways for their teams. Identify learning and upskilling needs, feeding them into the L&D roadmap. Engagement, Culture & Retention Lead engagement initiatives and recognition programs within your cluster. Partner with TM & EB and L&D on campaigns that strengthen belonging and motivation. Monitor attrition trends and develop proactive retention strategies. Offboarding & Alumni Ensure a respectful and insightful offboarding experience, with learnings captured and shared. Support the development of a Dsquares Alumni network where relevant. 3. Culture, Wellbeing & Inclusion Act as a culture steward — embedding Dsquares’ values into everyday actions. Drive inclusion and wellbeing initiatives that build trust and belonging. Advocate for employee voice and psychological safety across teams. 4. HR Operations & People Insights Ensure consistent and compliant execution of HR processes and policies. Partner with HR Operations on contracts, systems accuracy, and lifecycle documentation. Leverage people analytics to provide insights on engagement, attrition, and workforce dynamics. Required Skills & Abilities: Business acumen with strong consultative and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle (hire → grow → engage → exit) Strong relationship management and influencing ability Data-driven decision-making and HR analytics literacy Agility, empathy, and a growth mindset Qualifications & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR business partnering or generalist HR roles Proven exposure to recruitment, engagement, and performance enablement Experience in tech, digital, or high-growth environments is a strong plus Fluent in English; excellent communication and relationship-building skills
