This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 300000 (ie INR 1 - 3 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: NOIDA JobType: full-time We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in recruitment who is passionate about talent acquisition and building strong candidate pipelines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer discussions Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Meet hiring targets within defined timelines Prepare recruitment reports and share updates with stakeholders Understand job descriptions and align sourcing strategies accordingly What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to screen candidates effectively and assess role fit Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills Basic understanding of HR processes and hiring practices Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain
