Headquartered in the Netherlands, with world-class R&D hubs in Lisbon, Berlin, and São Paulo, our team of close to 500 experts across 15 countries is united by a single ambition: to redefine global mobile connectivity through technology, scale, and execution excellence.  Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Lisbon office. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the implementation, scaling, and growth of our internal network stack, including our Network API and the Internal Support & Operations Portal. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the Hive, our Internal Support & Operations Portal. Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvements. Define and maintain the product roadmap in close alignment with stakeholders and the Development team. Prepare clear Product Specifications and PRDs. Support the rollout of features and processes within the Network Domain. Support Network Initiatives & Processes Must Have 3–5 years of experience in software product management. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a business-related field. Experience working with remote teams in an Agile environment. Familiarity with API integrations. Understanding of network concepts and protocols such as REST API and HTTP(s). Hands-on experience with: Technical Tools: Postman, Mermaid (sequence diagrams), SQL, Markdown Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis. Experience with AI tools. Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems under tight deadlines. Nice to Have Previous experience in the telecommunications industry. Master’s degree in Informatics, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a business-related field. Knowledge of at least one Programming language, Docker, Network OSI levels, AI Agents Participation in CAMARA / GSMA initiatives. Familiarity with SIM/eSIM protocols (e.g., SGP.21).
