About The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer with a strong background in Android development. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Experience in applying clean architecture principles for scalable and maintainable applications. Proficiency in building Flutter plugins and SDKs for internal or third-party use. Experience with Jetpack Compose for building Android UIs. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Deep understanding of mobile architecture principles (MVVM, MVI etc.) and design patterns. Solid understanding of mobile application security best practices. Experience with performance profiling tools and optimization techniques. Familiarity with App Store and Google Play submission processes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin and/or Java. 3+ years of experience in Flutter development using Dart with a strong focus on Flutter BLoC and state management. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
