Optimiza is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications, creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work with designers and back-end developers to implement robust front-end solutions. Key Responsibilities: 4–6 years of professional experience in software development. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into working code. Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Debug and troubleshoot issues to enhance application performance and user experience. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development. Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native and contribute to web applications using Angular . Design, build, and integrate secure, scalable APIs and backend services using C#/.NET Core and modern architectures. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple devices and platforms. Ensure applications comply with industry standards , security policies , and internal performance benchmarks. Lead incident response activities, perform root cause analysis , and drive continuous improvements to system reliability and technical debt reduction. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs. Contribute to project planning, agile ceremonies , resource estimation, and product roadmap execution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation , support guides, and architectural artifacts. Lead and support the implementation of automated testing , CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance best practices. Define, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor application health, performance, and development velocity
