This onsite internship in Gurugram offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, content, and commerce within the creator ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive campaign performance, creator growth, and business impact. Key Responsibilities Data Extraction & Management Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases. Work with MongoDB to handle and analyze unstructured and semi-structured data. Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Data Analysis & Insights Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) to analyze creator performance metrics, engagement rates, conversion funnels, and campaign ROI. Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities within the creator and brand ecosystem. Apply statistical reasoning to interpret data and support decision-making. Visualization & Reporting Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. Present key metrics and insights to product and marketing teams in a clear and actionable format. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders and brand partners. Tracking & Attribution Monitor user behavior and event-based tracking using tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics. Analyze user journeys to identify drop-offs and opportunities to improve engagement and conversions. Support data-driven experimentation and performance measurement initiatives. What Makes You a Great Fit Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL, MongoDB, and Python. Hands-on experience (academic or project-based) with Tableau or Power BI. Basic understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Clevertap, or similar platforms is a plus. Solid grasp of statistical concepts and a strong analytical mindset. Ability to translate complex datasets into simple, compelling insights. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Skills SQL, MongoDB and Python Tableau or Power BI. Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Clevertap
