About The Role: As a Software Project Manager at Dsquares, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of our software projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting project milestones, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring the overall quality of deliverables. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Plan, prioritize and manage software projects from initiation to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Set project milestones and create detailed project plans to track progress. Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project timelines and budget are met. Communicate project updates and status reports to internal stakeholders and clients. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise. Ensure quality control of project deliverables by conducting thorough testing and reviews. Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices. Required Skills & Abilities: Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, preferably in the software development industry. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. Experience in Agile project management is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make critical decisions and prioritize tasks. Leadership qualities to motivate and guide project team members. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP) is preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software project management.
