We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our technical team and provide high-quality support for our Web and Windows-based applications. The candidate will have a solid understanding of software development concepts, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and end users. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for web and desktop applications built with .NET, C#, and React. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and user-reported incidents in a timely manner. Collaborate with development team to analyze and replicate reported problems. Perform root cause analysis and suggest long-term fixes or improvements. Monitor system performance and report recurring issues or enhancement opportunities. Assist in application deployments, updates, and configuration changes. Document solutions, known issues, and support procedures in internal knowledge bases. Communicate effectively with users, ensuring high satisfaction and professional handling of all inquiries. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in application support or software development. Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and React.js. Familiarity with SQL Server and writing/debugging SQL queries. Experience with IIS, API integrations, and debugging web applications. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
