About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to play an integral part in handling recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This role is designed for a motivated individual looking to start their career in HR and contribute to the scale-up of a fast-growing business. Responsibilities ● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to assisting with hiring decisions. ● Research and develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. ● Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews. ● Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. ● Handle recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates. ● Work closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Montreal and Canada through events, university presentations, and social media ● Education: Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance. ● Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in a recruitment agency. Prior exposure to recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus, but not required. ● Language Skills: Fluency in English is required (Written and verbal). ● Skills & Traits: ○ Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment. ○ Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills. ○ Advanced relationship-building skills. ○ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ○ Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. ○ Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite.
