Key Responsibilities Conduct title research for oil and gas properties in Texas, verifying mineral rights ownership. Review, analyze, and interpret deeds, leases, contracts, and legal documents . Support negotiations and acquisitions related to mineral rights. Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of findings. Work closely with the US-based team to align on research accuracy and project goals. Ensure all work is delivered with precision, confidentiality, and legal compliance . Key Requirements Licensed attorney with 4+ years of legal practice experience (property law, corporate law, contracts, or related fields preferred).
