We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer  to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically strong and customer-oriented, with a passion for advanced technologies and delivering real business value. Your Impact: As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert across our technologically advanced solutions, products, and services. You will partner closely with Sales, Project Managers, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare technical proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and all supporting documentation required for sales opportunities. Lead technical demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and support Project Managers throughout technical project milestones. Conduct customer discovery sessions and identify key business challenges, use cases, and value opportunities. Build and present comprehensive technical solutions tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support opportunity development and solution design. Desired Background & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution Engineer . Experience and understanding of Intelligence and Cyber solutions  – advantage . Background or affiliation with the defense industry  – advantage . Experience working with fusion systems / big data platforms - advantage . Proven experience writing and structuring technical solutions for RFI/RFP/tenders and quotations . Successful experience working directly with customers in technical or presales environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written English  skills. Strong communication and presentation capabilities. A self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Highly driven, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility in daily work. Willingness to travel up to 30%  of the time.
