We are now looking for Trainee Slaughter Operatives who are interested in starting their careers with us! About the role: Learn the key principles of abattoir. Learn and identify different parts/by-products/cuts/joints of red meat. Learn principles of processing red meat carcasses and by-products. Prepare tools and equipment for use. Sharpen and maintain cutting tools. Understand and maintain product quality. Learn and apply food safety and hygiene standards. Learn and apply health and safety standards. Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder.
