Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities. Support the procurement team in processing purchase orders and tracking shipments. Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies. Assist in analyzing purchasing data and preparing reports on procurement activities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are met. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
