In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Product Owner to translate business goals and user insights into clear, well-defined product features. You will collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to design scalable, impactful solutions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a startup or product-led environment who wants to grow in a high-ownership, fast-moving, and collaborative setting. Your Role You will be responsible for: Collaborating with Product and Design teams to define product vision, priorities, and goals for specific modules or initiatives. Maintaining and refining the product backlog with clear, actionable, and business-aligned user stories. Supporting discovery, sprint planning, and delivery activities to ensure consistent execution. Partnering with Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams to understand workflows, challenges, and SOPs. Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or product improvements. Translating cross-functional insights into structured requirements and user stories. Working with engineers and designers to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation. Supporting Project Managers in aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines. Using analytics and feedback to measure product success and propose iterative enhancements. Gradually taking ownership of smaller product areas with mentorship and guidance. Staying curious about user needs, team workflows, and emerging product trends. What You'll Bring to the Table Primary Requirements: 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a startup or product-led tech environment. Curious, analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn from senior product leaders while taking initiative. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities. Ability to understand both customer experience and internal operational workflows. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or analytics dashboards .
