With a presence in Greece, Luxembourg, and Belgium, and backed by the expertise of the Qualco Group, we combine deep technical knowledge with strategic partnerships to support business growth.  We are looking for passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects. A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst will include Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals; Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements; Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness; Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives; Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions; Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories; Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement; Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are met; Assist in user acceptance testing and training activities; Ensure alignment with data governance policies and Azure-based AI project scope; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles; Familiarity with data governance, AI, and cloud platforms; Experience as a business analyst in Cloud, AI and data analytics projects; Experience in documenting business requirements for cloud, AI and data analytics projects within Azure; Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects; Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle; Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment; Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal). Additional Qualifications, knowledge and skills: Must have a relevant certifications: PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA®, or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP®; Nice to have: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable. Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is considered an asset
