They will build strong customer relationships from a technical aspect and evaluate their needs to suggest IT solutions making sure IT projects are delivered on time and technical support requests are resolved in due time. This role requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Assist customers’ requests and take care of any technical issues;  Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors; Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience; Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction; Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements; Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders; Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities; Evaluating customer needs to suggest solutions; Create a written technical solution proposal that meets customer requirements; Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for IT solutions and problem resolution; and Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 5 years of experience in IT or similar role; Client oriented with client facing experience; University degree in Computer Science or a related field; Ability to work with cross-functional teams; Strong analytical skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects; Critical thinker and problem-solving skills; Team player; Excellent time-management skills; Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project. Technical Competencies Experience with ΙΤ solutions that are related Cloud and on-premises infrastructure; Good understanding of networking infrastructure and components; Knowledge of Microsoft server products and applications;
