Leveraging deep expertise, a client-focused approach and a wide range of SAP technologies, we streamline processes and turn complex needs into scalable, effective solutions.  We are seeking a dedicated Junior SAP Concur Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Concur solutions , focusing on Travel, Expense, and Invoice Management. A Day in the Life of a Junior SAP Concur Consultant at Qualco will include: Support the implementation and support of SAP Concur solutions (Expense, Travel, Invoice); Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements related to Travel & Expense and Invoice Management processes; Support the configuration of SAP Concur solutions to meet business needs, under the guidance of senior consultants; Contribute to the preparation of functional documentation for implementation; Participate in UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality; Assist in user training activities and the development of user manuals for effective solution adoption; Support data migration activities and ensure accuracy during transitions; Support go-live activities; Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree would be considered as a plus; 0–2 years of experience or strong interest in SAP solutions, preferably SAP Concur or other cloud-based business applications; Basic understanding of business processes related to Travel & Expense management, employee reimbursements, and approval workflows; Initial exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) or other enterprise business applications is considered a plus; Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
