Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist . The role is responsible for end-to-end sourcing and coordination of internal and external talent to support Service Delivery Operations (SDOs) and Business Divisions (BDs), ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-compliant staffing for Time & Material and project-based engagements Responsibilities: Demand/Request Intake & Coordination; Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting; Pre-Screening & Validation; Interview & Selection Coordination; Talent Pool & Pipeline Management; Assignment Lifecycle Tracking; Vendor & Partner Collaboration; Reporting & Continuous Improvement; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. University degree or equivalent; Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing and assessment skills; Excellent working experience in recruitment for European and International Organization s; Ability to manage multiple staffing requests and strict deadlines ; Knowledge of leveraging social media platforms and AI tools for sourcing optimization would be desirable; Good Understanding of prevailing IT Technologies; Good understanding of IT Roles and delivery environments; Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; Working Language is English, other languages are a plus.
