As part of Qualco Group, we leverage proprietary technology and data insights to drive efficiency and sustainable growth.   We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Officer to join our team. The Real Estate Operations Officer will play a crucial role, undertaking the platform's service requests, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of asset uploading and commercialization services. Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain property listings, customer data, and transaction records within the back-office platform (PME); Ensure all required property documentation is collected, verified, and properly uploaded; Review and validate property listings to confirm compliance with the platform’s quality standards and publishing guidelines; Act as the face of the company, managing all client communications and ensuring a high standard of customer service; Communicate with clients, FM companies, real estate agents, and property owners to coordinate and schedule appointments; Liaise and coordinate with other internal departments for relevant requests; Conduct preliminary reviews of property marketability reports using the AskWire platform, edit and refine reports as needed, and submit for approval; Identify opportunities for process and operational improvement, contributing to the development of more efficient workflows; Provide administrative support and perform additional back-office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field; Proven experience in back-office support or administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry; Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation; Knowledge of real estate processes and property management practices is an advantage; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
