This is a strategic technical role focused on the industrialization of Artificial Intelligence. You will be responsible for moving AI from fragmented functions into scalable, reliable, and governable enterprise assets. This position requires a unique blend of deep engineering expertise to build Agentic internal assets and the commercial acumen to lead technical solutioning for high-value bids and proposals. Responsibilities: AI Productization & Industrialization Transform AI prototypes into "industrial-grade" software components that are resilient and repeatable. Architecture Design: Create standardized blueprints for AI functions (e.g., LLMs, CV models, NLP, classification/regression models, time series forecast), ensuring they are modular, automated, and ready for global deployment. Lifecycle Automation: Implement end-to-end automation for the AI lifecycle (MLOps/FMOps/AgentOps), covering everything from prompt engineering and fine-tuning to automated testing and deployment. Resiliency Engineering: Design systems that handle model failures, hallucinations, and latency issues gracefully through robust fallback mechanisms. 2. Scalable Agentic Orchestration Develop the next generation of internal assets focused on autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents. Orchestration Runtimes: Design high-performance environments for Foundation Models (FMs) and Multi-Agent systems. Module Integration: Architect the interplay between Agents and their "peripherals," including long-term memory, vector knowledge bases, external APIs, and event-driven message queues. Internal Asset Growth: Act as the lead developer for proprietary Agentic Frameworks that can be repurposed across various client engagements. 3. Presales, Bids & Solutioning Serve as the technical authority during the commercial acquisition phase to win complex AI contracts. Bid Leadership: Take ownership of the technical sections of RFPs (Request for Proposals), defining AI consulting frameworks and methodologies, and end-to-end solution architectures, resource requirements, and delivery timelines. Architecture Solutioning: Translate vague customer business problems into concrete technical architectures that are both innovative and implementable. PoC & PoV Execution: Drive the rapid development of Proof of Concepts (PoC) to demonstrate feasibility and Proof of Values (PoV) to quantify business impact (ROI) for prospective clients. 4. Production Governance & Monitoring Prescribe the frameworks that ensure AI remains a safe and transparent corporate asset. Governance Frameworks: Define and implement structured processes for ethical AI, ensuring transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Risk & Performance Monitoring: Establish continuous monitoring for model drift, access security, and operational risks to promote responsible AI use. Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Proven Experience:  Extensive background in AI/Software Architecture with a focus on deploying production-level AI systems; Sales Acumen:  Demonstrated success in a presales or technical consulting environment, specifically in drafting technical architectures for formal bids; Leadership:  Ability to guide development teams in building internal assets while simultaneously managing high-pressure customer delivery timelines; Communication:  Exceptional ability to articulate complex Agentic workflows to both technical engineers and non-technical executive stakeholders; Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and verbal).
