We are looking for a Quality Officer to join our team in the retail sector to ensure that all warehouse and store operations meet safety and quality standards, and to support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Monitor warehouse and store operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Inspect products and materials for defects, deviations, or compliance issues. Document and address non-conformances in collaboration with relevant teams. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support process improvements to enhance quality and safety practices. Prepare quality and performance reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and activities. 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution. QC or safety experience preferred. Knowledge of safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and warehouse documentation. Experience with WMS and handheld/RF scanners. Basic Excel and reporting skills. High school diploma or higher. Quality or safety certifications are a plus (HACCP, ISO 9001, CQIA, CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt).
