Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join our finance team. The AP Accountant will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding, approval, and timely payment. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions and vendor files. Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all invoices are accounted for. Prepare reports on accounts payable activity for management review. Communicate with vendors to address queries and resolve issues related to payments. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
