Traffic Dispatcher – Container Management Location: Home-based (with weekly travel to Nottingham office) Division: Fleet & Facilities, Containers We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Dispatcher to join our Container Management team. This home-based role is key to ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of containers across 72 depots nationwide, with regular collaboration at our Nottingham office. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming container requests and schedule timely deliveries. Monitor stock across six container distribution centre’s. Optimize routing for productivity and cost control, prioritizing internal transport. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and transport regulations. What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of container logistics and distribution. Excellent organisational and routing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
