Join ProCook as a Social Media & Influencer Manager! We’re looking for an innovative Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape how our brand connects with audiences through strategic influencer partnerships, UGC content and social storytelling. You’ll work closely with the paid media team to amplify influencer and UGC content in performance-driven campaigns, ensuring organic and paid efforts work seamlessly together. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5hrs/ week at our Gloucester office with 3 mandatory days in the office (non-negotiable). Influencer & UGC Management Identify and evaluate influencers, creators, and UGC talent that align with brand goals, audience demographics, and platform strategies. Develop strategic, on-brand influencer/UGC concepts and detailed briefing documents to guide creators. Manage influencer agreements, deliverable terms, usage rights, budgets, and negotiations to secure optimal partnerships. Run influencer gifting programmes - from creator identification and outreach to product delivery and tracking - to foster authentic content aligned with our social strategy. Build strong, ongoing relationships with influencers and creator partners to foster long-term collaboration opportunities. Build and nurture long-term brand ambassador relationships in collaboration with the PR team to support sustained creator advocacy and authentic content aligned with business goals. Work closely with the paid media team to licence and utilize influencer generated content within performance campaigns, helping amplify reach, and drive sales.‑generated content within performance campaigns, helping amplify reach. Social Insight & Reporting Monitor and analyse emerging social media trends, platform innovations, viral formats, and cultural moments to inform overarching organic strategy. Use listening tools to track brand sentiment, audience conversations, community insights, and competitor activity. Collect, analyse, and report on influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, content quality) with actionable insights to guide future campaigns.  Content & Creative Support Mentor and coach the organic social media executive to refine and elevate all organic content, ensuring it’s high-quality, creative, on brand and optimised for performance across platforms.‑quality, creative, on‑brand and optimised for performance across platforms. Collaborate with the social/content team to support overarching social concept inspiration and ideation. Content Creation (Nice-to-Have): Assist in producing or co-creating content formats (e.g., short-form video, social graphics) when needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with broader marketing, creative, PR, and paid social teams to ensure alignment of influencer and UGC activity with wider campaigns and brand initiatives. Work closely with analytics and insight teams to integrate social listening and trend data into performance plans. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, and social media management within a brand, agency, or similar environment. Strong understanding of major social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and the creator ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills. Familiarity with social listening and influencer tracking tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns. Proven line management experience , with responsibility for supervising team members, providing performance feedback, and helping develop skills and capabilities. Key Skills: Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, creative testing, and performance-driven content. Experience in writing ad copy, scripting, and developing content for paid social campaigns. Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators to develop high-performing ad assets. Familiarity with social media advertising best practices and platform-specific trends. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to refine creative direction. Strong collaboration skills, working across creative, brand, and performance marketing teams. A passion for food, cooking, and kitchenware products would be a bonus!
