ProCook is seeking enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our team on an 8 hour per week Permanent contract. Ideal availability of Wednesday and one Weekend day, with availability to work occasional overtime to cover holidays and absences. Role Overview: As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our quality products, and driving sales in our store. Your knowledge and love for cooking will inspire and assist customers in finding the best kitchen essentials for their needs. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store. Assist customers in product selection and provide expert recommendations. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and optimal store performance. Participate in product training to enhance your knowledge of our offerings. Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for kitchenware and cooking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
