We are seeking warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistants to join us here at Botanical Place within our village food, beverage, and hospitality team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences. This is a Bank position with no guaranteed hours per week - it is to cover holiday and sickness. Key Responsibilities: ·       Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. ·       Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs. ·       Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary. ·       Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents. ·       Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes. ·       Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes. ·       Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.
