Mitsis Group is currently offering new job opportunities at Mitsis Selection Alila:   Spa Therapist - Mitsis Selection Alila Location: Rhodes, Faliraki Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Purpose: As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of treatments to ensure our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring the smooth operation of the spa area, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver various spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guests’ needs. Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and spa facilities. Promote spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and drive sales. Support the Spa Manager in daily operations and closing procedures. Required Qualifications: Degree/diploma in a related field (e.g., aesthetics, wellness). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment. Proficiency in English. Strong communication and customer service skills.
