Copthorne hotel Slough-Windsor is looking for a Shift Engineer who is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all hotel engineering services. This role involves carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical systems and catering equipment, to maintain a high standard of comfort, safety, and service for guests and colleagues. Key Information: Role: Shift Engineer Salary: Upto £23,495.29 p.a. Maintain and repair the electrical components of catering equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across the hotel, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Conduct routine inspections of all plant, equipment, and systems during shifts. Manage and implement preventive maintenance programmes (Copcare) to uphold operational standards.
