Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK are looking for a Regional Security Manager who will be working alongside our Head of SSHE. You'll collaborate closely with all Security managers within the Hotels. Your responsibilities will include driving improvements that benefit hotels across our region and providing responsive, specialist support when needed. Our Safety & Security team plays a vital role in safeguarding our guests, colleagues, and hotels, protecting both individuals and our reputation as a leading hospitality group.    Key Responsibilities Be the subject matter expert to design and enhance tools, resources, and learning materials for hotel teams. Deliver professional training and engagement activities for hotel leaders and corporate colleagues, including virtual sessions, bulletins, and alerts.
