Norgine: Transforming Healthcare, Backed by Over a Century of Expertise. We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Solutions Partner to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Senior Manager Data & AI Enablement and be a member of the IT Operations team. The core responsibility of the AI Solutions Partner is to act as a strategic advisor and orchestrator, working across business functions to identify, design, and implement AI solutions that meet business needs. The role selects appropriate AI frameworks aligned to Norgine’s infrastructure and future scalability, and leads the end-to-end journey from opportunity identification to business value realisation, coordinating vendors and internal teams for safe, compliant, and high-impact delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Explore and understand external technology developments and assess their relevance for Norgine. • Collect business requirements using interviews, workflow analysis and workshops, expressing these in terms of user needs and goals. • Support documentation of “as is” and “to be” processes and define required changes. • Review existing operations and implement innovation processes to drive continuous improvement. • Deliver digital solution architecture including conceptual and logical diagrams aligned with future-state design. • Consult stakeholders on data standardisation and recording processes to ensure quality. • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, acting as a key point of contact within established contract plans. • Support implementation of quality assurance initiatives and drive operational improvements. • Contribute to security implementation through monitoring and escalation of risks. • Plan and manage delivery of AI projects using appropriate project management methods. • Develop stakeholder engagement approaches by identifying needs, issues, and concerns to support effective communication and decision-making. • Build personal capability through ongoing training, coaching, accreditation, and continuous learning. • Comply with all rules, regulations, and guidance relevant to the role. Tasks include: • Maintain an enterprise AI use case backlog and prioritise initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, learning, and opportunity cost. • Prepare lean business cases with Finance to secure sponsorship and funding. • Define governance guardrails for each initiative, embedding Responsible AI, privacy, security and regulatory compliance from the outset. • Experience sufficient to handle a wide range of situations and advise others, ideally in business analysis, product/portfolio management, consulting, or digital transformation. • Proven experience in vendor orchestration and delivery oversight in a regulated environment. • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with familiarity in AI tools, governance frameworks, and compliance standards. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to value realisation.
