Chargé(e) de Recrutement dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée de 9 mois . MISSION En tant que Chargé(e) de recrutement, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’attraction, la sélection et l'intégration des talents nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de notre site de production. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes : - Recueillir et analyser les besoins en recrutement auprès des managers opérationnels. - Rédiger et diffuser des annonces adaptées aux profils recherchés (production, qualité, maintenance, logistique, support…). - Sourcer activement les candidats via différents canaux (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, écoles, cooptation…). - Faire le lien avec nos partenaires en recrutement. - Conduire les entretiens téléphoniques et physiques, évaluer les compétences et le potentiel des candidats. - Coordonner le processus de sélection avec les équipes internes jusqu'à l'acceptation par le candidat. - Assurer un suivi rigoureux des candidatures et garantir une expérience candidat de qualité. -Participer à des projets RH transverses : marque employeur (salons et forums de l'emploi), relations écoles, proposer et déployer un nouveau processus d'intégration pour les arrivants, amélioration continue du processus recrutement. Cette liste de tâches est non exhaustive et pourra être complétée au besoin. PROFIL Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en RH ou équivalent. Première expérience réussie en recrutement, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou pharmaceutique. Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément dans un contexte dynamique. Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens du service et goût du terrain. Rigueur, réactivité et autonomie indispensables.
