SWOT Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters for the Porto Carras Resort, known for its stunning location and exceptional hospitality. As a Waiter, your role will involve: Providing top-notch service to guests in a welcoming and friendly manner. Presenting menus, taking orders, and making recommendations to enhance guest experience. Working closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and specified standards within the dining area. Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Processing payments accurately and ensuring cash handling procedures are followed. Fostering a positive environment for guests and team members alike. Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Customer-oriented with a passion for the hospitality industry. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
