ROLE FUNCTIONS Deliver treatments to SPA standards while adapting to client needs. Ensure exceptional guest services with attention to detail. Maintain professionalism and hygiene in all treatments, updating skills as needed. Meet retail sales targets set by the Spa Manager. Offer spa orientation to guests upon arrival. Degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or similar Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort environment
