ROLE FUNCTIONS Support the F&B Cost Control Manager in monitoring daily food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across all outlets. Assist in reviewing purchase requests, verifying specifications, quantities, and pricing before submission to procurement. Track and reconcile receiving reports, transfer slips, and outlet consumption records to maintain accurate inventory figures. Conduct routine spot checks in storerooms, kitchens, and bars to verify stock levels, usage patterns, and adherence to control procedures. Help analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted or theoretical costs, preparing initial summaries or findings for management review. Maintain and update recipe costing sheets and POS item mappings, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with current cost structures. Monitor wastage logs, breakage reports, and promotional activities, highlighting irregularities or trends that may require managerial attention. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly cost reports, dashboards, or key metrics for the Cost Control Manager and senior leadership. Coordinate with storekeepers, outlet managers, and the finance team to resolve discrepancies in invoices, inventory counts, or documentation. Support periodic stocktakes by organizing count sheets, participating in counts, and performing basic reconciliations afterward. Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and procedures, helping reinforce correct processes across F&B departments. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying small inefficiencies and suggesting practical adjustments in day-to-day controls. Relevant experience in procurement/purchasing or cost control within the hospitality industry. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.(Soft 1) Good knowledge of the English language.
