Role Functions Providing exceptional service to guests during their check-in and check-out process. Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and assisting them with registrations and inquiries. Accurately processing guest information and reservations using the hotel's Property Management System. Responding promptly to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a seamless stay. Upselling rooms and hotel services to enhance guest experiences while maximizing revenue. Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Degree in Hospitality or similar Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
