Role Functions Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and responding to inquiries. Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored services to enhance their experience. Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Gather guest feedback and collaborate with management to implement improvements. Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction. Degree in Hospitality or similar Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
