About the role: Curating and managing a diverse and high-quality wine list that complements our menu Providing expert wine pairings and recommendations to guests Conducting wine tastings and enhancing guest knowledge about wines Training and educating the restaurant staff on wine service and etiquette Maintaining proper wine inventory and storage conditions Engaging with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent is an asset Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, and wine service Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
