SWOT Hospitality is inviting applications for the position of Front Office Agent at Luxxury Collection Marriott Zakynthos . As a Front Office Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Assisting guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Managing reservations, including modifications and cancellations. Providing detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Balancing daily transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling. Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experience. Upholding the hotel's standards of service and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred. Previous experience in a Front Office or similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is an advantage. Attention to detail and a dedication to guest service excellence.
