As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for season 2026 , experienced and motivated  Executive Housekeepers for Resorts  to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations –  Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete. SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at one of our luxurious resorts. As a leader in the hospitality management sector, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff to create a cohesive and efficient team. Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality standards. Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing costs while ensuring quality. Collaborate with other departments to effectively respond to guest requests and maintain seamless operations. Monitor and manage housekeeping budget, labor costs, and resource allocation. Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in luxurious resort settings. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high standard of service. Proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
