SWOT Hospitality , the leading hotel management company, trusted by international investors, developers and top-scale hospitality brands, is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Secretary for the SWOT Headquarters in Kolonaki, Athens Receives and screens Incoming Mail (including e-mails) and telephone calls, redirects messages or provides initial response as appropriate. Assists Partners and CEO in the preparation of Correspondence, Briefs and Presentations for internal and external meetings. Performs administrative tasks including Calendar Management for internal and external meetings, management of Travel Arrangements. Acts as a Liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff, directors, and other executives. Handling of Administrative Demands and cooperation with all departments. Additional ad hoc projects, as assigned. Maintain files, organizational charts, distribution lists, tracker sheets & ensure general administrational tasks. Professional Experience & Qualifications:   University/College (BS/MS) Degree Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of office management software will be considered as a plus. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques. Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently. Good coordination, organization, and communication skills. Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
