SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for a Front Office Agent at KOA by Kyma New York, located in the beautiful island of Paros . As a Front Office Agent, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude during check-in and check-out processes. Managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities. Processing payments and verifying guest identification according to hotel policy. Assisting guests with requests, offering concierge services including booking transportation and recommending local attractions. Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Maintaining a tidy front desk area and ensuring all front office procedures adhere to hotel policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is preferred. Customer-focused approach with a friendly disposition. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
