SWOT Hospitality is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Guest Relations Agent at the exquisite KOA by Kyma New York in Paros . About the role: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued from arrival to departure. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of service delivery. Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to create memorable experiences that exceed expectations. Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and improve service quality. Assist in managing the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction. Previous experience in guest relations or a front desk role, preferably within the luxury hotel sector. Outstanding communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred. Adept at problem-solving and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
