SWOT Hospitality is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Relations Agent at the luxurious Porto Carras . About the role: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with excellence. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Assist in creating memorable experiences by providing personalized service and recommendations for hotel amenities and local attractions. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for guests. Regularly assess guest satisfaction and respond proactively to feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery. Participate in training sessions and collaborate with the team to consistently uphold high service standards. Support the team in managing the welcome experience, from check-in to rooming and guest interactions during their stay. Previous experience in guest relations or front office roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service. A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think on your feet. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
